Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with statutory provisions:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Graham Miranda, Hasselfelder Str. 23, 38889 Blankenburg (Harz), Germany, Email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Special Provisions for Digital Services

For SEO services that have already commenced:

  • The right of withdrawal expires for digital services when the service has been fully performed and you have expressly agreed that performance begins before the end of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal as a result.

Refund Policy for Reseller Services

Since we operate exclusively as a reseller:

  1. Services Already Provided: After SEO work has begun by our third-party providers, refunds are only possible in exceptional cases.
  2. Services Not Yet Provided: If no work has commenced, a full refund will be processed minus any processing fees from third-party providers.
  3. Third-Party Policies: Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of our respective third-party providers.
  4. Legal Basis: This regulation complies with German consumer protection regulations for digital services according to BGB § 356.

Online Withdrawal Function

From June 19, 2026, an online withdrawal function will be available on our website in accordance with the planned implementation of EU Directive 2023/2673.
